Half a zone
At launch the Hinterlands had no Horde settlement at all. Horde players ran a level forty-to-fifty zone with no inn, no forge, no flight master and no graveyard anywhere near them. Revantusk Village arrived in patch 1.5.0, with a new graveyard at the Overlook Cliffs — which tells you how the corpse runs had been going.
