King Thoradin founded the first human capital on this ground, and Arathor's people went out from it to found Lordaeron, Dalaran, Alterac, Gilneas, Kul Tiras and Stormwind. The nobles left for those richer cities. The families who refused to go renamed what was left Stromgarde.
