The aqir
Long before the qiraji there were the aqir, who built temple cities and lost an empire, twice — once to the titan-forged and once to the trolls — and scattered. The ones who stayed here were warped by what is under this building into something else. The temple is a monument to gods nobody is supposed to name, and a breeding ground for an army.
